Our monthly Wellness Workshops offer a theme of focus and inspiration for each month and provide a blueprint and cohesive structure in a supportive environment to deeply contemplate and put into practice to effect personal life goals.
These programs are currently open and available to anyone interested in participating.
It is suggested to have an Ayurvedic Discovery Consultation with Chaya to learn about your Ayurvedic Constitution and it's implications for developing effective personalized daily routines, diet, and lifestyle so you have her basic Ayurvedic foundation.
Our energy follows our attention, so if we put our focus towards our goals and strengths, we develop them and move forward with this as our new normal. The next step is learning how to apply this knowledge to set appropriate wellness goals, diving into root causes of fragmentation, observing obstacles and creating strategies, and embracing the wholistic view of unity and holism, in a supportive and committed community which values this holistic Ayurvedic approach to life.
